AI

AI that proposes. People who decide.

An AI in Via is an actor like a staff member: it has a role, a store scope and an audit trail. It reads what its role allows, proposes actions, and a person approves anything that touches a customer, an order or money.

Scoped

Same permission model as humans. An AI media buyer sees campaigns, funnel and attributed revenue, never customer PII, costs or margins.

Observe and propose

Proposals land in Home › Approvals with the reasoning attached. Nothing runs until approved.

Audited

Every proposal and every approval is a line in the append-only audit log, next to the human actions.

DoesWhat it does

  • AI media buyer: reads spend and attribution, proposes budget and creative changes for approval Activated per store
  • Catalog import assistance: reads a Shopify or Instagram export and drafts products for your review Available in the import toolkit
  • No AI answers customers, changes prices or moves money on its own

AdminHow you see it in Via Admin

  • People & Access › AI actors (who they are, what they may see)
  • Home › Approvals (what they proposed, approve or reject)

Start with people. Add AI when it earns it.

Every AI capability in Via can be switched on per store, after you have seen what it proposes.
