Your brand's site on its own domain: catalog, collections, search, cart, checkout, customer accounts, favourites, pages and navigation.

Via is the storefront, checkout, payments, delivery, returns, inventory, customers, WhatsApp, Meta and finance behind brands that own their stores. ODX sets you up. You launch. Billing starts at Launch.

How it works
We do not hand you a dashboard and a tutorial. We build the store with you in a working session, rehearse one order end to end, and switch it on when the checklist is green.
Send the Start with Via form. We call you back, pick the tier together and open your company on Via. No payment details, ever.
Your store exists as a draft. Catalog imported from Shopify or Instagram, payment rails, delivery fees per governorate, notifications and your team's access, set up together. Your plan is recorded; nothing is billed.
One test order runs the whole loop, marked as a test at the source so it never touches your numbers: order, payment, shipment, delivery, every email.
Via checks readiness (an active product, a payment rail, a delivery rate, an owner) and the store goes live. Your plan starts from that day.
Capabilities
Each store keeps its own design and domain. The commerce core underneath is shared, tested once, and protected in the database.
Your brand's site on its own domain: catalog, collections, search, cart, checkout, customer accounts, favourites, pages and navigation.
Storefront →InstaPay with operator verification, card through ODX-managed routing, cash on delivery per store. Card numbers never touch Via.
Payments →Exactly-once orders with historical snapshots, unpaid queue, holds, manual courier steps and fulfilled-on-delivery.
Orders →Customers request from their account; your team approves, exchanges or records the refund from one queue.
Returns →Movements and reservations instead of one mutable stock number. Locations, transfers, counts and low-stock reads.
Inventory →Customer accounts, leads, custom briefs, follow-ups and consent, scoped to the store.
CRM →Order, payment and shipment emails today; WhatsApp templates and conversations activated per store.
Messaging →First-party events, pixel and Conversions API from Via truth, spend sync, attribution from paid orders, recovery.
Growth →Revenue, fees, settlements, expenses, commissions, unit costs, nine roles, append-only audit.
Finance →Case studies
Before Via is offered to anyone, it runs owned brands. Two of them closed their first real loops on the same day, on the same core, with no platform change between them.
Framed prints, Arabic and English storefront, favourites, gallery collections. First real order paid by InstaPay, confirmed in Admin, handed to a courier and delivered, with the customer emailed at every step.
