How do Free Setup and billing work?
You get 14 days free to set up your store. After you sign up, you add your card (or Apple Pay) and Via checks it with EGP 1; that is card verification, not a subscription payment. Your first subscription payment is after the 14 days, on the date shown when you sign up.
I already have a Shopify store. Can I move?
Yes. Via moves your store over. Assisted migration and catalog setup is $99 per store, for up to 200 products.
I only sell on Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp. Is Via for me?
Yes. With your permission, Via reads your posts and sets up your catalog: products, photos, prices and variants. Your team turns chats into orders in a few taps, on every plan.
How are payments collected, and what is deducted?
Customers pay through Via's Paymob, Geidea, and Fawry connections. Per order: the gateway charge (1.9% with Geidea) and the ODX account fee (0.6%). Via adds 0%. Each payout transfer through InstaPay costs 0.1%, at most EGP 20. Your payout breakdown lists every charge.
When do I get paid?
Every Monday and Thursday, Via transfers your net proceeds through InstaPay for money already settled to Via. Cash on delivery follows the same days once the courier hands it over.
Do you offer warehousing?
Yes, as an add-on: storage plus pick and pack for each order, priced by quote.
What can Via AI do, and what are its limits?
Via sets up your catalog, collections and descriptions, drafts replies, and proposes actions your team approves. Via imports from your social accounts only with your permission. Via AI is on every plan, with monthly credits: 100 on Start, 1,000 on Growth, 5,000 on Scale.
Can I sell made-to-order or custom products?
Yes. Via handles product options, quotations, production stages and dispatch.
What changes when I upgrade?
Start: 1 brand, 5 seats, 1 inventory location. Growth: 3 brands, 15 seats, 3 locations. Scale: 10 brands, 50 seats, 10 locations. Enterprise is custom. Upgrades start at once, prorated; downgrades at the end of the period.
