Yes. Via moves your store over. Assisted migration and catalog setup is $99 per store, for up to 200 products.

Yes. With your permission, Via reads your posts and sets up your catalog: products, photos, prices and variants. Your team turns chats into orders in a few taps, on every plan.

Customers pay through Via's Paymob, Geidea, and Fawry connections. Per order: the gateway charge (1.9% with Geidea) and the ODX account fee (0.6%). Via adds 0%. Each payout transfer through InstaPay costs 0.1%, at most EGP 20. Your payout breakdown lists every charge.

Every Monday and Thursday, Via transfers your net proceeds through InstaPay for money already settled to Via. Cash on delivery follows the same days once the courier hands it over.

Via sets up your catalog, collections and descriptions, drafts replies, and proposes actions your team approves. Via imports from your social accounts only with your permission. Via AI is on every plan, with monthly credits: 100 on Start, 1,000 on Growth, 5,000 on Scale.
