Every new brand starts in Setup Mode. We build your store with you: company, storefront, catalog, payment rails, delivery fees, notifications and staff. While the store is a draft, your plan is recorded and nothing is billed. Billing starts when your store launches, and we confirm that with you in the same session.
Send the form. We call, pick the tier with you and open your company on Via. No payment details are asked for.
Your store exists as a draft. Products, payments, delivery and your team are set up together, at your pace. Nothing expires on a timer.
When the readiness check is green the store goes live, and your plan starts from that day.
Draft for Founder review: the founding-merchant terms (how many brands, for how long, at what price) are not final. This section is a placeholder until they are.
A small first group of brands launches on Via with founding terms in return for building the product with us: direct access to the team, their feedback shaping the roadmap, and terms that stay fixed for the founding period. Ask about it when you start with Via.
One brand with its own storefront, catalog and orders. A second brand is a second store on the same account and the same plan.
A person who signs in to Via Admin for your brand: owner, operator, product manager, media buyer, finance. Customer accounts are not seats.
Via's own fee model has not been announced. Your payment provider's fees are the provider's and are shown as such in your finance view.
Yes, at any time, with us. Changing tier never pauses your store or blocks your checkout.
You do: catalog, customers, orders. Via processes it on your behalf, isolated from every other store, and you can request an export or deletion.
There is Setup Mode: the store is built and rehearsed with you before anything is billed. It is not a self-serve trial of an empty dashboard.
